The professional room photograph is the backdrop to putting in furniture, accessories, art, rugs, etc. A furniture style is chosen… and the room picture is staged. These room photo’s when completed are downloaded and used to promote the appeal of the room. Instead of viewing a vacant room buyers can see the potential the home can offer.
An added bonus is, if you love the room and it’s just not your taste… I can send you a link and you can change the style—go from modern to rustic—or traditional… Not only is this a great idea…but if you are purchasing the home and want to play with decorating it’s lots of fun. As I offer professional photography, I can even offer this service to all my home buyers, not just my listings. When a home is purchased and the furniture removed, I can offer you a staged room photo with a link to allow you to decorate to your own style.
