September 2021 Shows increased activity in the marketplace, although we are not seeing property values increase.  Although homes that are move-in ready and require little to no immediate upgrades are strong in the market.  Entry level homes are showing a weakness in the marketplace and require Sellers to prepare their properties for the market to sell.
