My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a North Battleford real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

In the Battlefords, agricultural is our main economic driver with some oil in addition to large health care and government base providing employment.   For all those who can think outside the box this community can and does provide endless opportunities for entrepreneurs.   Viewing the community with the glass half full and not half empty.  Hard work, persistence and a dream has provided many residences with fabulous business opportunities on many different levels. 

Our historical and diverse community consists of the city of North Battleford and directly across the river the town of Battleford.  The river valley not only provides a beautiful setting but also between the old bridges exist numerous nature trails for running, biking or just escape. We are 20 minutes from the best ski hill in Saskatchewan and 20 minutes to the start of the lakes. 

I was born and raised in the Battlefords.  My first experience with construction was the log home my husband and I built on our family farm, where we still reside.    After selling our farm (prior to high prices) we tackled some home building and renovation. That experience led me to real estate.  

My personality is 100% in.  No grey…  Stubborn, hardworking and always up for a challenge.   Real Estate was never a thought prior to jumping in.  My regret is that I didn’t do it years ago.  What a career.  There are so many hats a Realtor wears and so many different types who become successful.  The more you learn and know the more you realize opportunities missed and lessons learned.   Real Estate is a  stimulating, rewarding and lucrative career.  The sky is the limit and you are the only hold back to success. 

My career began May 2009 and Realty Executives Battlefords opened May 1, 2011.  We became part of a strong international franchise offering a large network and local support in the province of Saskatchewan

I love marketing and thinking of new ways to do business.  I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes.
